Rotating Platform

The Rotating Platform module, created by Joel Sloan is inspired from a rotary dairy platform. Balls are taken up to the loading ramp by a simple conveyor. A flap lets one or two balls fall onto the platform which then takes them around to the exit ramp. A rail holds the platform in place until it reaches the ramp where it then drops, releasing the balls onto the ramp and the next module. Thanks to Joel Sloan building instructions, you can reproduce this very nice GBC module— Description provided by Joel Sloan – thanks to him —

  1. Does anyone know which steps use part43093 and which steps use part 3749? Any help in letting me know what steps use which of these two parts would be greatly appreciated.

  2. I just finish building this. With a few tweaks it runs very good. I made one change to help the door close more smoothly after it lets the balls go. In steep 156 I replaced PN 11947 (panel fairing #22) with PN 25214 (brick round, 1X1 d., 90 degrees elbow). Its much smoother when the door folds up. Thanks for sharing this, its a great build.
