  1. I built this using BlackBird’s instructions. There are a couple of minor mistakes in the instructions, but the only real problems I’m having are:

    1. The heads bonk into each other when they pass
    2. The black head can’t quite reach its ball.

    Has anyone encountered these issues?

    1. Got it sorted now. My problem was that I just needed to run the motor in the opposite direction! I actually ended up restructuring the motor and gearing to turn the motor around 180 degrees, so it sits more compactly in the module and I don’t have to reverse the polarity of the power supply. (The other module I run off of this same power supply only runs in one polarity, so I had to make this change for compatibility between the two.)

    2. I’ll also add that the biggest problem with the instructions is the length of the axels for the “tongues.” Instructions and part list say 5-stud, but they need to be 6-stud to reliably eject the balls.
