The main innovation from this very cool LEGO Great Ball Contraption module resides in its central clamps, which are opening and closing in alternance and grabbing the GBC Balls two by two to bring them toward the exit ramp. The clamps block is tightly attached to a rotating tread at the back of the module and its motion is guided by a global sliding frame giving to the mechanism the directions required. A big wheel and a smart loading mechanism complete the build, allowing the balls to be grabbed by pair. You will certainly spend long minutes watching the mesmerizing movements from the clamp of this formidable LEGO marble run machine, a Great Ball Contraption that you can easily reproduce with your own bricks thanks to Planet GBC building instructions or via the ready-to-build LEGO set also available from Planet GBC shop.
