If you are an avid fan of Minecraft, you will instantly recognize this LEGO kinetic sculpture from Josh DaVid: the LEGO Minecraft Ender Dragon. This LEGO Automaton represents the iconic first boss of the worldwide-known game Minecraft, a black dragon made in LEGO bricks which flies over The End island with accurate wing motion details. The minimalist look of the dragon coincides so well with the spirit from videogame. The mechanical movement from the dragon’s wings (which can be driven by hand or via a motor) and the shaky body give to the entire model a feeling of real. The video also reveals the mechanism animating the wings. A must-watch no matter if you are a Minecraft fan or not.
